Dr. Antoine Peters is a Group Leader at the Friedrich Miescher Institute (FMI) for Biomedical Research in Basel, Switzerland. He received in 1997 his Ph.D. in Genetics from the Wageningen University in the Netherlands. From 1997 to 2004, he performed his postdoctoral research in the laboratories of Prof. Robert E. Braun at the Washington University in Seattle, USA, and of Prof. Thomas Jenuwein at the Research Institute of Molecular Pathology (IMP) in Vienna, Austria. Antoine Peters is a recipient of the EMBO Young Investigator Award (2008).
